Job Description
Ø Good Understanding of Banking Business Process.
Ø Business development activities to build relationships with new accounts.
Ø Effective Customer Relationship Management by mapping key decision makers & champions.
Ø Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI’s/RFP’s.
Ø Delivering presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Ø Coordination with delivery teams to meet customer expectations.
Ø Presales and Sales closures.
Ø Building and Maintaining relationship with Customers (Sr. Management).
Ø Maximizing sales and profit through effective negotiations.
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong relationship building and problem solving skills, solid knowledge of service offerings and internal corporate structures, high level of financial acumen, and the ability to travel significantly as required.
