Job Description
We are looking forward to onboard a senior resource with strong experience in IT Test Management and Banking Domain experience
Role: Senior Manager- testing
Location: Bangkok
Must have skills:
· Excellent knowledge of Banking business processes, key banking products (Core Banking / Mortgages/ Treasury/Credit)
· Experience in Program Management & delivery for a large IT program in banking domain.
· Has worked in large multi vendor programs and has capability for effective conflict resolution
· Preferred to have a experience in application / system testing. Testing exposure and knowledge is a must
· Ability to conceptualize innovative solutions and implementation in service delivery
· Ability to define KPIs / Metrics and analysis of same for value proposition articulation
· Establish and enhance relationship with customers and ability to engage effectively with Business/Senior management from client and internal organization
· Thorough understanding of Quality Management and "best practices" with regard to testing techniques (preferred) methodologies, processes and measurement.
· Knowledge of Test Maturity Model & CMM Models
· Fluency in Thai language is mandatory
· Experience: 12+
