Role and responsibilities:

• To redefine / improve the resource management processes, roles and responsibilities, interfaces and handoffs.
• Business / project prioritization provided by Kbank as input to Resource capacity planning, Resource skills assessment / Development, Resource assignment and deployment.
• Review / improve the current tools / processes to support RM.
• Work with metric specialist on the KPIs associated to RM.

Required:

• Strong in Project Management Skill
• Strong Team Management skill
• Scoping management/negotiation and conflict management
• Banking Industry background and/or experience
• Excellent in Client facing Management
• Excellent in English
