Job Descriptions:
- Owns
process development, improvement, and implementation of Software Process
Improvements.
- Monitor
process metrics in order to identify problem areas and identify
opportunities for process improvements.
- Providing
direction in applying the Process changes and training.
- Plans
and leads the project based tasks of the Software Engineering Institute
(SEI) CMM-based assessment.
- Leads
a team of process change specialists/PQA.
Required:
- Min 5
years process implementation/improvement.
- Experience
with CMMI process assessment and already trained in CMMi.
- Able
to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English and
outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Project
management skills as well as organisation change management experience are
a major plus.
