Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Owns process development, improvement, and implementation of Software Process Improvements.
  • Monitor process metrics in order to identify problem areas and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Providing direction in applying the Process changes and training.
  • Plans and leads the project based tasks of the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) CMM-based assessment.
  • Leads a team of process change specialists/PQA.

 

Required:

  • Min 5 years process implementation/improvement.
  • Experience with CMMI process assessment and already trained in CMMi.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills as well as organisation change management experience are a major plus.
