Description:

  1. Responsible for the background administration and preparation for trial set up, monitoring, tracking and close out
  2. Maintaining of project files and documentation in an orderly manner according to the relevant SOPs and WPDs
  3. Coordinating travel, where relevant
  4. Assisting in the organisation of investigator, project team and client meetings
  5. Providing general administrative support for project team members, and ensuring that project related administrative tasks are carried out in a timely manner
  6. May assist in preparation of Regulatory and Ethics Committee packages
  7. Ensure efficient communication of messages and professional telephone interaction with investigators and clients
  8. Maintain study status tracking forms, trial supplies dispatch and receipt records, investigator payment records, etc
  9. Maintain tracking databases eg. RTMS
  10. Other ad hoc tasks associated with clinical trials and office administration as required

Qualifications:                                    

  • Good general education; preferabaly Diploma qualified

Skills and knowledge:                      

  • Computer and typing skills: (Microsoft Office)
  • Self motivated, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Good English language and grammar skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Minium 2 years of general administration experience; Clinical research administration experience is ideal
