Position: Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Sales Rep
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Key Selection Criteria
The skill set and personality requirements for the ideal candidate are as follows:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the Business Intelligence / Analytics / Performance Management Solutions marketplace with the ability to gain credibility with customers in the sales cycle and build the value proposition with business and IT.
- Proven success in selling Business Intelligence/ Analytics solutions on top of ERP/Back-Office processes and solutions.
- Must possess relevant industry domain expertise to uncover and articulate ROI equations that directly address customer business problems across industries.
- Ability to manage CXOs, especially CFOs.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team selling environment.
PROFILE:
· Proven track record of sales success in software solution-selling.
· Consistent sales performer.
· Self-motivated and proactive in the development and pursuit of new business.
· Demonstrates consistent leadership skills that’s required in this Specialist role.
· Able to define problems, collect information, position a potential solution
· Able to manage wide variety of tasks simultaneously, set goals and priorities, and properly set and manage expectations, particularly as it pertains to forecasts.
· Proven communication skills, both oral and written.
· Unwavering commitment, high energy, and utmost level of integrity
Primary Sources for Recruiting Top Candidates:
The Primary Source of Candidates will come from the traditional EPM, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytical Software providers. Alternative source would be candidates with ERP sales background.
A Secondary Source of Candidates would include Systems Integrators (Global SI’s and Local SI’s) that have a focus on selling Analytic Solutions into Fortune 2000 accounts. Appropriate candidates would have a proven track record of selling Solutions that included the use of traditional Business Intelligence and Analytical Software products such as those provided by the above companies.
