Clarity Application Administrator team provides a daily support dealing with Clarity system which is the internal tool for project portfolio management and time tracking. Our support covers all users in Financial & Risk (F&R), Intellectual Property & Science (IP&S) and Corporate partition around the globe which currently there are thousands of users in the system. The main channel to receive the request and communicate the progress to the users is via email. Roles/Responsibilities: - Administration of Project Management / Time Recording Application such as user account creation, user permission, project creation, maintaining project attributes etc. - Provide consultancy on Project Management features i.e. Task/Milestone Creation, Assigning resources to the project, Project Dashboard, Reporting etc. - Implement Clarity Procedure and keep the support evidence to align with the SOX Compliance for daily support. - Incoming request must be responded and completed within service level agreement (Normally is 1 working-day but 2 working-day for any requests that need line manager approval). - Produce a report as per requested which containing the meaningful information and useful indicators. - Sharing the knowledge within team. - Escalate outstanding issues to supervisor at the right time to be able to provide support effectively.
